You have 30 days to return any items that aren’t suitable from the date on your despatch note.

In the unlikely event your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us at or +44 (0)1582 467 690 within 3 days of receipt.


- All items must be returned unworn, in new condition and if possible, in their original packaging.

- All returns must be sent back with a despatch note stating why the item is being returned and will be inspected by our Returns Department upon receipt.

- We recommend that you use recorded delivery so that you can track the package.  All returns are at the cost of the customer.

- Any items that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted. In these instances we will advise you of the reasons why the garments have not been accepted and the garments will be retained or collected by the customer.

How to return an item(s) to us


All returned items must be like new, unworn, unwashed and and if possible, in their original packaging.

If original packaging is no longer available please use an appropriate waterproof bag or postal box and take care to pack the garment carefully.


Please ensure that a copy despatch note is enclosed with all returned items, along with details of why the item(s) are being returned.

We cannot be held responsible for any items that are returned without this information.


You can choose how you send your items back to us, but please do opt for a recorded delivery service and ask for proof of postage so you can track your package.  Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The easiest way and fastest way to exchange an item is to order the replacement item you require in the usual way and return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund.

All returns must be sent back with a copy despatch form. We need this to match your order to our system and process your refund. Please email if you can't find it and one of our team will be happy to assist.

Please allow up to 28 days for a refund to appear on your card statement this timeframe depends on individual card providers.
