Sizing Information

Designed specifically for the uniform market, the general fit of our garments would be true to size, however some products will have a slimmer/fitted silhouette.

All of our tops are designed with working life in mind, and can be worn loose or tucked in. We are mindful of issues such as making sure necklines aren't too low, styles are long enough in the body and there's enough reach across the shoulders for lifting and stretching with comfortable sleeve lengths. Many of our products contain Elastane for stretch offering comfort throughout the working day. The general fit of our garments would be true to size, however some products will have a slimmer/fitted silhouette.

Yes. Smaller or larger sizes can be made on a 'make to order' basis. You can order sizes 4, 28 & 30 in our blouses and tops via our website but please note there is a supplement to pay for this service with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. Depending on the status of your order we may be able to amend or cancel it providing it has not been processed and packed.

You can place an order with us online and pay securely with debit or credit card. However if you are unable to do please contact us as we will be happy to help.

If you would like to apply for a trade account, with payment terms of 30 days, please contact us via email or call us 01582 467690.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email tracking link via our courier service to enable you to track your parcel.

Products & Care

All of our products are designed to be easy care where possible. They are all machine washable at 40 degrees or lower. It is recommended that they are then hung or flat dried.

One style does not suit all, that’s where we come in. Our products are designed to coordinate offering our customers flexibility when choosing the right uniform for their team. We have matching colours and styles across various prints and plains which work well together whilst providing that all important unified look!

We have our own manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka which means we have complete control and flexibility in our production process.

Delivery & Returns

Subject to availability, orders will be despatched via a next working day service (to mainland UK) and a two working day service (to Ireland and Northern Ireland).

Goods can be delivered any time between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt. An additional re-delivery charge may be levied if any delivery attempt fails.

We charge a flat postage fee regardless of the size of your order of £8.20 anywhere in mainland UK.

Our returns policy is 30 days from the date of dispatch.

  1. All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and if possible, in their original packaging.
  2. All returns must enclose a copy of the original dispatch note stating the reason for return.
  3. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or a courier service so that you can track the package if necessary. 
  4. All items will be inspected by our Returns Department upon receipt.
  5. Any items that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted. In these instances we will advise you of the reasons why the garments have been rejected. They can then be collected by yourselves.
  6. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Why might my item not be refundable?

  1. If you return your items to us later than 30 days from date of dispatch.
  2. If you don't include the original dispatch note
  3. If your items are bespoke or embellished.
  4. If your items have been worn or washed.
  5. All clearance items are non-refundable.

The easiest way to exchange an item is to order the replacement item you require in the usual way and return the unwanted item(s) to us for a refund.

Please allow 28 days for your refund to be processed via your original payment process.
